The Licensee may provide access to the Licensed Product to registered Licensed Users via a closed user group protected area (accessible by valid library ticket number on the Kent County Council website. Each Licensed User can download the following within the period of this licence:

• 12 Business Information Factsheets
• 12 Business Opportunity Profiles
• 6 UK Market Synopses

The Licensed Product is licensed for the personal use of the Licensed Users to help them in setting up or running their own business.

No part of the Licensed Products can be transmitted, promoted, referred to or linked to by any other means, including by e-mail or Internet, without the prior written permission of the Licensor.
